Click the Wise Ask! icon on our homepage. Then complete the form with details of your stay. We instantly send your Wise Ask! to all Hosts with matching availability in your specified city. Moments later you will receive an email confirming the details of your Wise Ask! You can also view/delete your request from the Wise Ask! section of your dashboard.

Soon you'll receive emails with custom quotes from numerous Hosts offering accommodation. You can view these quotes from the booking messages section of your user dashboard and can confirm your booking by submitting payment for your accommodation and/or you can correspond with your Host about the finer details of your stay. Once you have paid and confirmed your booking, you will receive a reservation code which on arrival, you'll use to check in and have us release payment to your Host.

After you've confirmed a booking, remember to delete your Wise Ask! through the appropriate section of your dashboard to avoid getting any further offers from Hosts. If you don't delete your Wise Ask! it will expire in 3 days.

Every time a Wise Ask! matching your availability is made in your city, you will receive an email with all the details. You can also view all active Wise Asks! in your city by navigating to the Wise Ask! section of your user dashboard. Each Wise Ask! is displayed in chronological order by most recent.

If you are able to accommodate a Guest, sending them a custom quote is fast, fun and easy. Guests can either accept your offer by paying or chat further using our secure and confidential messaging system. You can revise your custom quote if necessary along the way.

You can opt out of receiving Wise Ask! email notifications through the Wise Asks! or My Profile sections of your user dashboard.
