Listing Title:	Listing Title Choose a Listing Title that sets your property apart. Choose a title or caption that is short, but describes the essence of your listing.
House/Building #:	House/Building # Enter your house number or the number of your building. Your house/building number will never be publicly displayed on the site. It will only be given to guests that you have made a confirmed booking with. Example: Enter 1600 in this field for 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Street Name:	Street Name Enter the street name for your listing. Example: Enter Pennsylvania Avenue in this field for 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Listing Details & Description

Accommodation Type:	Accommodation Type Private Room: This means your guests will have a private room within a shared house or apartment. Please make sure to note in your description whether common facilities, washrooms, etc. are shared. Entire Apartment: This means your guests will have an entire apartment to themselves including facilities, washroom, etc. Entire House: As above, except instead of an apartment, your guests will have an entire house to themselves.

Description:
Description You should enter sufficient details that will describe what you are renting out. Think of yourself as a Guest and try and imagine what you would like to read. Feel free to add enough information for Guests to know what you want AND what you don’t want.

Listing Amenities

Amenities are features or services that you are willing to provide to your Guests. You can select amenities from the list or add your own custom amenities. You have 4 pricing options when providing amenities:

Included, which means they are part of the listing for no extra cost (eg. WiFi or Internet access);
Optional, which means Guests know they are available and will pay when they use the service (eg. laundry, phone or meals);
Pre-paid per booking, which means a fixed price (eg. Airport pickup/drop off); or
Pre-paid per day, which means a fixed price for every day used (eg. parking).

You can add as many "Custom Amenities" as you wish and add descriptions for more details.

This is the maximum number of guests you will allow to stay at your place.

Select the maximum number of guests that are included in the rate. An additional charge may be specified for extra persons. If there is no charge for extra persons, select Any.

Note this is different from the Maximum Occupancy which is the maximum number of guests allowed.

Cancellation Policy:

	No fee will be charged for any cancellations.
	Charge a fee for all cancellations made prior to the check-in date.

Rates

Here you can enter your regular nightly,weekly and montly rates. Setting a rate (daily, weekly, monthly) to 0 means you do not accept that type of payment. You can add custom rates for various dates in Step 3: "Custom Rates".

When setting your rates, please note that the prices you set are subject to an additional 10% iStopOver service fee, paid by the Guest

Nightly Rates
Currency:	iStopOver can display listings in multiple currencies, however the currency that you select when you post a listing is the one that will be charged to guests. Any other currencies displayed will be approximate conversions based on current rates. While you can create your listing in South African Rand, Paypal does not support payments in Rand. Consequently, for listings in Rand, Guest payments will be in US Dollars. Any other currencies displayed will be approximate conversions from US Dollars based on current rates
Nightly Rate:	You can enter rates for any or all of the three options - nightly, weekly or monthly. You must have at least one rate before continuing. Do not include the currency symbol.
Nightly Extra Person Charge:	per person per night Extra Person Charge This is the amount that guests will be charged for each extra person.
Weekly Rates
Weekly Rate:	You can enter rates for any or all of the three options - nightly, weekly or monthly. You must have at least one rate before continuing. Do not include the currency symbol.
Weekly Extra Person Charge:	per person per week Extra Person Charge This is the amount that guests will be charged for each extra person.
Week Starts On:	You can optionally set the day of the week that weekly rentals must start on.
Monthly Rates
Monthly Rate:	Monthly rates are assumed to begin on the first of the month and last until the last day of the month (28th, 30th or 31st).
Monthly Extra Person Charge:	per person per month Extra Person Charge This is the amount that guests will be charged for each extra person.
NOTE: Do not enter the currency symbol into your rates
