Private Room: This means your guests will have a private room within a shared house or apartment. Please make sure to note in your description whether common facilities, washrooms, etc. are shared.

Entire Apartment: This means your guests will have an entire apartment to themselves including facilities, washroom, etc.

Entire House: As above, except instead of an apartment, your guests will have an entire house to themselves.

You should enter sufficient details that will describe what you are renting out. Think of yourself as a Guest and try and imagine what you would like to read. Feel free to add enough information for Guests to know what you want AND what you don’t want.

 
Listing Amenities
Amenities are features or services that you are willing to provide to your Guests. You can select amenities from the list or add your own custom amenities. You have 4 pricing options when providing amenities:
  1. Included, which means they are part of the listing for no extra cost (eg. WiFi or Internet access);
  2. Optional, which means Guests know they are available and will pay when they use the service (eg. laundry, phone or meals);
  3. Pre-paid per booking, which means a fixed price (eg. Airport pickup/drop off); or
  4. Pre-paid per day, which means a fixed price for every day used (eg. parking).
You can add as many "Custom Amenities" as you wish and add descriptions for more details.

Rates

Here you can enter your regular nightly,weekly and montly rates. Setting a rate (daily, weekly, monthly) to 0 means you do not accept that type of payment. You can add custom rates for various dates in Step 3: "Custom Rates".

When setting your rates, please note that the prices you set are subject to an additional 10% iStopOver service fee, paid by the Guest
