Building is Edwardian in style, decor is Minimalist Bachelor who Cooks (aka - not many knick-nacks and no superfluous furniture, but a very well equipped kitchen). Very clean, non-smoking, no pets.

WiFi. Cable (dish) HD TV. DVD. Computer -- Stream Netflix (using your account) on HD TV :) Coin laundry/wash & fold 20 feet down the street. Please note - 3rd floor, no elevator!

Walk to either the Castro or the Mission districts. Castro: >5 min walk to Castro Theatre, Castro Muni underground line or Historic F-Market line (through Downtown to Fisherman's Wharf), many shops, restaurants (from "Francis" - top rated restaurant to a 24 hour greasy spoon), clubs. Mission: 5 min walk to Dolores Park or Mission Dolores, 10 min walk to Valencia St. restaurants, 10 min walk to Mission St. District.
