It is 3 bedroom+ 1 finished attic bedroom + 1 Bath Victorian house near trendy Riverdale-Leslieville area in Toronto near Beaches.There is a buzzing restaurant scene half a block on Queen Street and the neighbourhood is very eclectic ,vibrant and lively.
It is a charming 100 years plus old Victorian house with details, updated kitchen, front porch and back yard deck ( nice patio area with summer-fall garden) and in a nice friendly area close to downtown and vibrant Beaches area.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable four poster antique queen bed with closet-digital TV, second bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed with dresser , third bedroom is office space with additional storage and the attic is a beautifully renovated living working space with single bed,ample storage spaces and skylight with beautiful view of downtown Toronto skyline including CN tower
It is fully furnished and equipped and on a very dog friendly street.
Excellent location on two 24 hour street car lines and at intersection of two major highways and about 8 minutes from downtown. You will not need a car as public transportation is right at the doorstep
The cosy Victiroan house is near Don River trail,Lake Ontario,beaches,Toornto island, Leslie Spits bird sancutuary and Lake Shore trails and all these area make it a very nice location for long walks.and relaxing outdoors
