A 2 bedroom/2 bath house on two levels, you have a private bedroom, bath, and a living room all on one level.

Why have a TV? ...the view unfolds hourly. Sit on the couch and enjoy, wake early to watch the sunrise. Welcome to a great, safe, neighborhood central to the best parts of San Francisco. There's lots of public transit close to house (bus, right outside), but you may not even need it. Walking distances:
Castro-10 min , Cole Valley/UCSF Parnassus-15 min
Financial District/Union Square/Downtown-15 minutes by bus/ underground
Mission-20 min walk or 10 min bus

Your room has a comfortable double bed and a desk for your use. Enjoy a great view of the Financial District high rises and see the bay outside your sunny window from Bed, bathroom and living and dining room. You have use of the common areas of the house, including; nice clean bathroom, great galley kitchen, use of cook ware, and a washer/dryer. You have a really cool roommate, who is friendly, and a flight steward gone 4 days at a time, so you may never see him. Basically the entire upper floor as he resides below, and rarely comes up. If he uses the kitchen he takes food downstairs almost always, ask him to cook and you have a great Malaysian dinner. It is pretty quite in the house, so looking for a peaceful tenant.
