We offer a big spacious double private Room with connected private living-room in our sweet apartment in the centre of Barcelona.

The apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in Consell de cent, Eixample district, one of the most famous places of Barcelona. it is full of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, art galleries and well-connected by public transports.

It is about 7 min walking from Pl. Universitat (1 metro station) , and 14 min walking from Pl. Catalunya or Pl. España. (2 metro station)

The building we live in is a typical 19th century Eixample style, with an impressive staircase and a lot of character, though with modern facilities (elevator and intercom).

The apartment is 90sqm. very sunny, quiet, with very high ceilings and amazing floor tiles. Me and my girl are living there and we put a lot of love in it. We use one part of the house and the other we offer for renting, so.. Your privacy is guaranteed!

The part for rent is totally private, combined of three spaces (see plan)
- a sweet and cozy bedroom with a double bed and closet.
- a specious sunny living room with a small kitchen.
- a small balcony with a view to the backyard.

The living room contain a mini "traveler kitchen" with microwave, fridge and a kettle.

There is sitting area with a couch, a sofa-bed (can be opened to a double bed) and TV.
And a small dining table.

Besides, we offer the facilities with no extra charge:

- Full equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with a separated toilet
- Washing machine
- Wifi (hi speed internet)

We provide clean linen, towels as well as Teas, chocolates and a bottle of wine for welcoming ;)

Smoking is allowed only in the balcony, with open windows.
