We are located near the beach, in an entertainment area with lots of restaurants in the REAL CENTER of the city. Everyone lives in Uptown. It is a true Taste of Chicago. Uptown is the most diverse area in Chicago and gives a traveler a real taste of America and the city.

The entire third floor is a very private floor hidden from view, includes 2 bedrooms and bath. There is free wifi and a computer with free internet and printing in the common area of the kitchen.

Husband and Wife occupy the home in Uptown Entertainment District. Steps from the Train, Aragon, Riviera music venues, 1 block from the famous Green Mill Jazz lounge, minutes from Wrigley Field baseball stadium, Boystown, Andersonville and Lincoln Square.

A Total of 5 bedrooms are available. The 3rd floor is entirely private and has 2 bedrooms and bath/shower and rents for $150 per day for the entire floor (2 bedrooms, bath) .

The 2nd floor has two bedrooms and a large jacuzzi bath/shower, private 20 x 25 deck connected to the 3rd bedroom, cable TV. The 4th bedroom has a full size bed. Both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms rent for $140 per day for both rooms, or $75 for bedroom #3 and $65 for bedroom #4. Depending on availability, the 2nd floor may also be entirely private. If all 4 bedrooms are rented the cost is $315 per day. There is a 5th bedroom (15 x 25) bedroom on the 2nd floor which can also be rented for $125 just for the one bedroom. It features a queen size bed, desk, library, 42" Cable TV and two large sofa seats. The price may increase if all of our rooms are rented for only one day.

3rd Floor:

2 quiet Bedrooms with lots of sunlight on a very PRIVATE floor hidden from view, with private bath and shower, filtered water within the home. One room with Queen size full bed the other with fold out Queen size sofa bed. All new hardwood floors, modern lighting, There is a small refridgerator on the 2nd floor. It's almost like a private apartment.

2nd Floor

The second floor features Bedroom (Listed as "Beautiful Bedroom" ) #3 with a sliding door that leads to a gigantic 20 x 25 private deck with outdoor furnishings. Cable TV, Queen size bed, small closet. Bedroom #4 features a full size bed, new carpeting and large closet. Both are very sunny rooms.

Bedroom #5 on the second floor is very large at 15 x 25, sunny, lots of windows, ceiling fan, Cable TV.

A private bathroom on the second floor features granite countertop with two sinks, bidet, and a jacuzzi bath/shower, filtered water.

The 15 minute train to downtown or the beautiful suburb of Evanston is 1/2 block away.

Next to the famous Green Mill Music and Poetry venue, across the street from the Aragon theater and Riviera which hosts major musical touring groups. Several theatrical stages in the area. You might want to take in a play. Excellent Sushi, Indian, Ethiopian and all manner of Asian restaurants within walking distance. Minutes from Cubs park. All this in the most diverse neighborhood in Chicago. People from all over the world can be found in Uptown. Owners of the home are graphic artist and musician with music studio in basement.

Use of the kitchen and laundry room.

Breakfast is provided consisting of bagels. cereal, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, orange or apple juice.

There is fitness running machine in the basement for use by guests.

There is a 6 person hot tub. However there is a $250 fee attached to setting it up for guests.

For those with allergies: Our Cats are sequestered in the basement rarely appear on the first floor and are not allowed in any of the bedrooms.

Fluent English, Spanish and Polish are spoken in the house.
