The apartment was splendid. It was a small, comfortable, peaceful, and quiet amongst the hustle of downtown New York. The apartment is clean and is in the heart of everything. There are near by stores, bars, jazz clubs, and right beside the subway so you can access every part of the city by transit. Dana is a wonderful lady as well. She is very caring, respectful, and is quick to respond if anything comes up. I would love to rent this place again.

Great location with access to subways. Perfect vibrant neighborhood for great night life. Host was great and made sure everything was right. Will stay here again if needed.

J'ai passé trois semaines en septembre 2011 avec un ami dans cet appartement. Sa situation est exceptionnelle: situé à 1 minute à pied de Christopher station et à moins de 5 minutes de West 4 station, une myriade de restaurants et d'excellents clubs de jazz sont à deux pas (le Smalls, Village Vanguard, Fifty-five, Fat Cat et Cornelia Street Cafe sont à moins de 5 à pied!). L'appartement est idéal pour un couple ou une personne seule mais un peu exigu pour 2 personnes dormant séparément. Les deux lits (dont un canapé-lit situé dans la cuisine/salon et un lit Queen size dans la chambre à coucher) sont très confortables. L'équipement de l'appartement est un peu vétuste mais tout fonctionne bien (y compris la climatisation en cas de grosses chaleurs). En préférant cet appartement à un hôtel (certainement plus cher), on a vraiment eu l'impression d'habiter à Greenwich Village!

We booked an apartement in NYC using istopover. Everything went well. The apartement was as described. The owner was waiting for us at the arrival and always available when we contacted her during our stay (small problems). The cleaning of the apartement could be improved. Great location. Positive experience

great location in the west village, close to everything, lots of good restaurants nearby, apt is small but quiet, great for short stays.
