There is a real oak flooring, a real bathroom with a classy italian shower, a real bed for two persons, a cute open kitchen, and the studette is totally equiped : micro wave, kettel, toaster, hairdryer, TV, WI FI… Linen and towels are provided of course. Cleaning: 20 euros. The very clean and modern WC on the landing are shared with another studette. This place is perfect for a couple or an individual person. Deposit: 200 dollars or euros refundable at the end.
