Very well lit large bedroom with two windows opening to the North. You have a comfortable bed, a futon, a small desk and access to a small kitchen. Clean linen on your queen size bed and clean towels. All you need is your tooth brush.

Very large living room, private bathroom and kitchen. Wifi internet access.

This is 2 Bedroom apartment located on 105th street and 2nd Ave. I keep my bedroom locked when guests are here and leave the entire apartment for them to use and enjoy. Guest room includes Queen size bed and a futon bed- just in case. There is a night stand- two lamps and a huge closet. Apartment is near restaurants, bars and grocery. Near subway "6" train for easy access to anywhere. Several bus lines just outside the door can easily go anywhere Manhattan. Only 20 minutes to the Times SQ and walk to Central Park. This is a very safe and up-and-coming neighborhood and has many french restaurants/bistros within walking distance.

I am very flexible, you can choose to stay two nights or more. You have a private bedroom and your owns keys to come and go as you like anytime. You will share kitchen and bathroom.

I rent the entire apartment, one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom (our bedroom will remain locked). Entire apartment can easily sleep 6.

There is cereal and I will be happy to bring bagels and cream cheese (like real New Yorkers). You can use kitchen for light cooking.

It is a private 4 story building and you will be staying on the ground floor.

During your stay you will be my guest - and I respect your privacy and offer an open house. If you like help planning trips- let me know. If time permits - I will be happy to take you around (can't promise). I have taken guests to parties, friends and art shows in past. And, those who like to be left alone - are not bothered at all. I sometime use my room as an office space.
