Your Fully Private Room has a queen size loft bed with a brand new mattress. It also includes the following:

* DVD/CD/VCR player & radio/alarm clock
* Desktop PC computer w/speakers, microphone & webcam
- (has SKIPE program downloaded)
* Mini-Fridge
* Microwave
* Air Conditioning / Heat

If home, I'll let you use my cell phone for domestic calls. I'm also an Avid Cyclist and could probably get you 2 bicycles to use for a small fee.

You'll have closet space w/hangars & three drawers in my dresser for your clothing. I'm on the top 5th floor of a 5-story brownstone walkup. There is no elevator.

My kitchen/living room is available for your use, except for the late evening when I'll be sleeping. I have a blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, George Foreman grill, and most other kitchen appliances you'd find in a fully stocked kitchen. Just clean up after yourselves! I also have an old Xbox with many games, and just bought an old PlayStation for just $4.99, but only have one game so far.

I also have a nice view from my rooftop, which Only I Have The Key To. IF I'M HOME, and it's a Reasonable Hour, I can open the roof for you - but Only If I'm Home, as we aren't allowed up there.

I provide clean sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels, and many other assorted toiletries that you can use. My place is clean - no bedbug worries here! I'm a non-smoker and don't allow smoking in my apartment, on the roof, or in the hallway. If you are a smoker and feel the need you must go downstairs and outside the building, but then you'll have to climb back up 5 flights of stairs (maybe this will help deter you?).

AS A NATIVE NEW YORKER, WHO HAS BEEN UNDER-EMPLOYED FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS, I know how to live cheaply and still enjoy what this great city offers.
