We have a large room (26m2) to offer in our newly renovated apartment in the central area of Rosebank.

The room we have to offer is fully furnished with a queen futon bed, a convertible couch futon bed (for an extra 2 people sleeping), a desk and a TV.

The apartment is large and airy (100 m2). It has a very charming style from the 50’s with parquet floor and high ceiling.
The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated recently.

The accommodation is offered on a self-catering basis. You will have access to all facilities in the apartment, sharing the common area (kitchen, bathroom, lounge) with your host (2 people). You will also have access to a parking bay. The apartment is serviced weekly, including your room. Our apartment is very safe and in 2 minutes walk to a large shopping mall.

The Gautrain will take you from the airport right in our street.

Rosebank is an upmarket and popular area in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. It has several 5 star hotels (Hyatt Regency, Crown Plaza) and is very safe. It has a complex of malls which have everything you can need from grocery stores, Post office, pharmacy, cinema to the African craft market etc. Restaurants and clubs are also within walking distance. It is well served by public transport (the case of only few areas in Johannesburg) and it is easily accessible from the airport via Gautrain. Apart from being ideally centrally located between Sandton and Johannesburg, it is very close to Zoo Lake to the area known as "the Parks" (Parktown North, Parkhurst, Craighall Park and Greenside) which have a very friendly atmosphere with their pavement cafes and restaurants
