The beautiful apartment (68 m²) found in a typical turn of the 20th century Berlin building, accommodates up to four people. Found on the first floor, the apartment offers peaceful surroundings with a view to the inner-courtyard, which itself offers a tranquil green garden area.
An elegant bathroom complete with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and a big living-room all offer a homely ambience to our guests.
The bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed (160 cm x 200 cm). A comfortable sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm) in the living-room area accommodates two more people.
The flat is equipped with a TV, DVD-Player, cooker, dish washer, coffee maker and WLAN access.

The apartment is situated in a quiet but nevertheless central location.
Many different public transport connections can be found in the close vicinity.
Just around the corner is the popular Simon-Dach district with its many pubs, restaurants, bars and nice little shops
Alexanderplatz, well known for its excellent shopping opportunities and city tours, is only 3 stations by subway.
Eastside-Gallery (a 1.3km stretch of the Berlin wall), the river Spree and Ostbahnhof are all within walking distance. The bordering districts of Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg are also within a short distance.

Bedclothes and towels are included. Children under the age of 3 are exempt from charges.

The cost for longer stays can be negotiated.
