Hey,

We've got a really lovely apartment in Long Beach, which is 30 minutes south of Hollywood and in a wonderful neighborhood. It's about a ten minute walk to the ocean, which has plenty of beautiful beaches and biking paths, as well as downtown Long Beach and great public transport. It's also a five minute walk from a major grocery store (Ralph's) and a variety of bars and nightlife, including the art galleries on fourth street, the famous vintage stores there, and an awesome local movie theater.

The apartment itself is bright, quite spacious, and has windows on all four sides, including a nice view of the ficus trees in front. The place is fully furnished and comes equipped with new appliances. Parking is never a problem, and high-speed internet is available, as well as a communal washer and dryer. We're looking for someone who's responsible and trustworthy. We're both graduate students and not out to make a profit--we'd just like to share our home while we travel to help deflect the costs. Rent and deposit are negotiable, as are durations for stay.
