One room available in lovely two bedroom home with 1 bath (shower and tub). Fully furnished including Double size bed, all linens and free use of all the common facilities: kitchen, fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, wi-fi. Clean, safe, quiet neighbourhood. Shady front porch and big, sunny backyard. All the comforts of home. I will be occupying one bedroom - the other for your use!
Close to funky Commercial Drive and Downtown. Easy walk to public transportation. Close to bridge for North Shore mountains.
Cost range $50/night for the room for one person $65 for two. A 25% deposit on booking; and full payment on arrival.
No smoking inside house. No pets.

Great hostess, easy and relaxed welcome. Very clean and pleasant home. The accommodation is the sofa bed in the den. Comfortable for sleeping, but there is little turn-around space with the bed folded out.

Stayed in this room while attending the olympics. The landlord was terriffic!she provided me with local info, bus schedules,maps and even a snack basket waiting for me. The room is small and basic but very affordable with a small but full bathroom and private entrance. It is on a quiet street but close to public transportation and downtown Vancouver. Great for singles or anyone looking for short term housing.If the need arises in the future, I would consider this property again.
