A nice and comfortable room in a shared flat in Venice mainland.
There are 2 double rooms available, if you are 2 or 3 people, you can have a whole room.

Very comfortable area:
- 3 minutes walking to Venezia Mestre train station (all trains stop there)
- 2 minutes walking to the bus terminal for the airports (VCE Marco Polo and TSF Treviso)
- parking area just in front of the building
Buses run all day (every 5 minutes) and all night (every 20 minutes).
Bus to/from Venice Old Town (touristic island part) it costs just 1.10 euro and it takes just 10 minutes to get there.
In the immediate surroundings cheap supermarkets and any kind of shops, also ethnic (Indian, Chinese, Bangladesh, African, Kosovo, Russian, ...).

There are has two separate bathrooms for man and for women, both with bath tub and shower.
There is a big and comfortable living room and kitchen corner, big fridge, WiFi Internet and one PC for guests, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
You can use all the of equipment of the house, of course, that allows you to save lots of money in food, Internet, washing clothes.

In the flat there are other 2 bedrooms, occupied by international students and overall young and nice people.
You can stay on your own or, if you prefer, make friends and participate to common activities, shared dinners together, parties, ...

We are constantly updated on all necessary infos about the city: transport, attractions, events, shows, concerts, open air cinema, nightlife, ...
Our goal is to give you the most updated and fresh informations to enjoy your time in Venice, that is not necessary expensive city if you have the right informations!
Some examples: you can
- use internet, kitchen, washing machine FOR FREE!
- see one of the few original gondolas remained FOR FREE!!!
- try the gondola for 50 EUROCENTS!
