Views of downtown Manhattan skyline. Bathroom with separate shower. Kitchen area with dining area.
Hardwood floors. The loft has a modern contemporary look, simple and spacious. Lots of sun light. Very comfortable double bed. Flat-screen TV. .....VERY QUIET!!

Location:
Quiet tree lined street. Laundromat right next door, as well as deli’s, banks, dry cleaners on the same block. Whole Foods around the corner.

Neighborhood:
Location, location, location: Right in the middle of trendy and fun East Village. Hundreds of restaurants, bars, cafe’s and clubs. 5 minute walk from SoHo, Fifth Avenue & Broadway, perfect for shopping. Most hot-spots are within walking distance. Otherwise 3 different subway stations are nearby and buses and cabs are right outside the door.

A security deposit will be required and exact amount can be discussed beforehand.
Once deposit has been received the reservation is final.
