I want to rent my fully furnished apartment in Berlin city center (Prenzlauerberg).
It's a very cosy, bright, sunny, warm, comfortable, 35 m2 flat.
It's fantastically located in the city center, in a small and quiet street of Prenzlauerberg, one of the most beautiful and lively areas of Berlin (a few meters from the metro stations: S-BAHN Prenzlauer Allee and S-BAHN & U-BAHN Schönhauser Allee).
The neighborhood is very safe day and night, quiet and green but at the same time plenty of things to do.
Shops, galleries, supermarkets, bars, clubs, restaurants, parks in the area, the flat is just a few meters from the famous Helmholtzplatz and Kollwitzplatz.
All public transports available: tram (M10 and M2), bus, metro (S-Bahn and U-Bahn).
It has 1 spacious bedroom/living/dining room , 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 new and bright bathroom (with bathtube) with window.
There's a double bed in the bedroom, so it's perfect for 2 people, but two extra single beds are available if needed.
There is everything needed for daily life (free WIRELESS CONNECTION, TV, DVD-player, washing machine, fridge, freezer, coffee-machine, water cooker, iron, stoves, bathtube, shower, hair-dryer, etc.).
3rd floor (with elevator).
The price for the apartment will be 45€ per day and includes 2 people.
10€ extra per person (per night) are charged, up to max. 4 people (max 65€ per night).
People who plan to stay for long periods will be preferred.
PLEASE NOTE:
from December the 22nd to January the 6th the price is 65 euro per night (up to 2 people).
10€ extra per person (per night) are charged, up to max. 4 people (max 85€ per night).
Linen, internet usage and final cleaning are included.
No pets.

nice little apartment not too far from downtown berlin. i liked it because you can actually get some rest at night. its up 3 flights of stairs though, but if you can put up with that, its well worth it

The apartment was conveniently located, and we felt quite comfortable during our stay! The room was cozy, Maria was quite helpful in getting us oriented our first night, and the bed was super-comfy. Only thing lacking was a decent knife in the kitchen; otherwise, it had everything we needed to feel at home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the suite to other travellers!

Very comfortable and well provided one-room flat in the wonderful Prenzlauer Berg district. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, parks, shops and markets. A few steps from U and S-bahn (Schönhauser Allee, Prenzlauer Allee) and ten minutes on foot from the centre (Alexanderplatz). The host is very kind and helpful. Super recommended, to enjoy Berlin at its best!

This was a great place to stay in Berlin. It is a clean fully functional apartment in a great building (the flat overlooks a quiet inner courtyard). It is close to transport and perfect for bicycle access to the city. Your host is very helpful and attentive. It was perfect.

We are from Belgium and we spent 3 nights at Maria’s in May 2010. Maria is a very nice person and the apartment is very clean with all necessary stuff to make your stay comfortable (nice kitchen and bathroom) The place is very calm which is really wonderful in a very charming neighbourhood with lot of young people and cafes. I certainly recommend this place!

We stayed in this apartment in September 2009. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again. Maria was very accomdating and welcoming. Great to have a washing machine to use when you've been travelling for soo long!

it was a super nice week. The flat is located in a very very quiet street near the subway and the Schnellbahn. The flat dimension is perfect for one or two persons. I suggest it!

"Me and my girlfriend spent a week at Maria's place. It's not very large - but sufficient for a couple. Great brand new bathtub, and fully equipped kitchen. Location is good - plenty of cafés and bars at nearby Drucker St. - although not located in the heart of the city. Two drawbacks for the place: lack of drawers or shelves (we kept all our clothes in the suitcases...) and lack of TV/radio (enjoy the silence...). My recommendation: bring along a laptop to make up for that."
