This perfectly equipped nice studio has a bright room with a small southward balcony, a corridor with a kitchen and a clean nice bathroom with wc, sink and shower..
AMENITIES:
You will find everything you would expect in a hotelroom. towels, bedsheets, duvet...., a new high quality latex mattress of 140x200cm, a fan for summer, heating for winter, a perfectly working shower, equipped kitchen, overall very clean, just renovated, and a lot of light because of its southward exposure.....

LOCATION:
The popular MARAIS is just a 5min walk away, but even the area along the Canal Saint Martin which you see from the balcony is amazing and upcoming and just became very trendy. It is comparable to areas like Berlin Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg or Williamsburg or EastVillage in NYC.
And during the warm period it is definitely one of the best places to enjoy lovely sunny afternoons and evenings.
All the nice people from the area use to have picnics along the lovely Canal whenever the sun is out, it´s magnificent.
It is a very young lively chilled easy going area, you will love it!! (note: there is no noise from all that bothering you in the studio, also the streets are very quiet at night)
There are all the nice and trendy boutiques restaurants and cafes just around the corner (APC, american apparel, agnes b, Antoine et Lili, ChezPrune, the Cambodge, Marie Louise...)
Also: parisian openair market open on Sundays, supermarket, laundry, rental bike stations(Velib),.....
As in most typical Parisian buildings there is no lift and I just got great feedback emailed from a former guest: „At first I wasn't very excited about the stairs, but by the end of our trip I was looking forward to the extra exercise! The walking that the city demands of you becomes addictive and is surely one of the reasons Parisians are so fit and skinny.“

We had a wonderful stay at this little studio in Paris. The apartment is a little off the beaten path, very accessible by metro and perfect if you like a quieter place to retreat to. There were plenty of lovely cafes near by and ended up being one of our favorite places in Paris. Justin was very pleasant and helpful.

"We stayed four nights, and especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (complete with an electric espresso pot!) and the 6th floor street side window with it's expansive sky views. Justin was a great host, very helpful, in fact, in facilitating the reunion with our lost luggage. He always responded immediately (to initial inquiry, etc.). I'd been to Paris many times, but had never visited the Canal St. Martin district: Wonderfull!! Although there were other tourists like ourselves (it was August, afterall),mostly we were rubbing elbows with Parisians. Great restaurants, cafes, interesting shops, a grocery store around the corner, and the nearby bakery was voted best in Paris 2009....what more could you want? "
