We are currently offering three bedrooms for overnight accommodations during the Superbowl event in lovely downtown Indianapolis (pics available upon request, will be posting photos within a week, current photos feature holiday decorations). Each room will feature a queen size bed with high quality linens, night-time lighting, closet/storage space, free Wi-Fi internet access, television/DVD players (large selection of DVD's available upon request), fresh towels, daily pick-up, turn-down service and more. Two full bathrooms in the home, large back deck with heaters, covered front porch, two dedicated parking spots and plenty of “on the street parking” as well.

Here's where the deal gets really sweet: Every morning you will enjoy a full continental breakfast and homemade breakfast menu, complete with a selection of bagels, toast, spreads, juices, coffee, and cereals. Homemade breakfast menu will rotate daily; expect such selections as biscuits and gravy, homemade waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, etc. All of this is prepared by your hostess, a trained caterer and chef. If you don't get home-cooking at home, you will find it here!

And it gets better! For additional fees, taxiing to the game or to various destinations in the city can be provided, if you don't want to drive, or you do want to get plastered and not pay outrageous company cab fees, we can hook you up. We will also offer laundry service, tailgate lunches, we can stock a selection of your favorite beverages/snacks, snacks/meals available upon return to the home, anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, we will do our best to help make your stay more pleasant.

Smoking allowed outside only, outdoor heaters provided for outside socializing. No pets, household does have three friendly felines. Home is VERY, VERY clean, well-decorated, well-maintained. Host has 10 years catering/cooking experience, Southern born and raised, very hospitable. Late nights and loud guests aren't a problem, very open-minded, very liberal hosts. Loud and late nights does not equal drunken brawls in the yard, folks. As long as you respect our space, we will respect you!

Details: $300 per night for each room, 3 night stay minimum. Shorter stay rates $400 per room. You must pay 1/2 total cost of your stay up front via PayPal or GreenDot no later than January 31st. Cancellations will not be refunded deposit.
