Pretty independent studio of 20 m2, located in central Paris on the 1st floor of a building stone. Very easy access, at the foot of several metro stations or RER, with a direct connection to CDG and Orly airports and all the railway stations (Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est ...) . Ideal for 1, 2 or 3 people. Consisting of: shower, toilet, kitchenette, refrigerator, TV, Internet WiFi, washing machine and dryer (optional Free for a stay duration of 7 days. For stay of less then 7 days the use of washing and dryer machine cost 20 euros to pay in cash ).
A retractable sofa bed site (dimensions: 1.40 mx 1.90 m) and a loft equiped with a sleeping place (dimensions: 2, 30 mx1 m). Electric heating.
The charm of old Paris in the studio in a lively and pedestrian area, close to Notre Dame de Paris, the Louvre, the Halles, the Pompidou Centre and the Seine. Surrounded by numerous shops and stores open late into the night.

The washer/dryer was broken, the internet did not work, and the entire place needed a thorough cleaning. The location was very convenient, but that was the only good thing about it. If you decide to stay, you'd better not mind either springs digging into your back, or piling all the couch cushions on top of the foldout 'mattress.'
