Big private room upstairs in a lovely cottage with lots of sunshine in the afternoon. There is a confortable queen size bed, acces to a balcony with a view on the garden, and a small attending bathroom. The house is century old, has a lot of charm, and is in a quiet neighbourhood. The sofa-bed in the living room can accomodate two more people and is very comfortable.

In the heart of the trendy Plateau, two minutes away from Lafontaine parc, near Mont-Royal and Rachel street, you are close to everything: cafés, bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. There is a possibility to park a small car at the back of the house. Mont-Royal and Sherbrooke subway stations are at 15 mn walking distance or 10 minutes by bus (the 97, 45 and 29). Bixi bike station is across the street.

I love meeting people from different countries and would be delighted to tell you about places to explore. I speak french and english, plus some basic spanish.

I sleep in another room downstairs, but you have access to the kitchen and the garden. Sheets and towels provided.

I live with my charming little boy born febuary 5th. He is quiet at night and most of the day!!! The rooms are on separate floors and each have a door.
