We are renting out a double room with its own bathroom and nice views over Central Wellington in our house in Mount Victoria. The room enjoys privacy as the house's second level consists only of this bedroom and its connected (ensuite) bathroom. The room is furnished with a TV and we provide free wifi.

The house is in the picturesque suburb of Mount Victoria and only 5 minute walk from Courtney Place (Wellington's main entertainment area), 15 minutes walk from the fanzone, 30 minute walk along the waterfront from the stadium, 7 mins walk to Te Papa (NZ's national museum).......in a nutshell, it is very central and virtually everything is in good walking distance!

We have a two year old son but his room is on the ground floor and thus well out of earshot. A car park is available if required and airport pickup can be arranged for a small extra charge.

Non-smokers only please. Children are welcome (cot or stretcher bed can be arranged). Pets can be discussed.
