Horrible experience! DO NOT STAY HERE. Looks nothing like the listing. The shared kitchen has a huge dripping leaking hole in the ceiling. The refridgerator has an electrical cord running through the puddle on the floor, the toilet in the shared bathroom was broken and we had to take the top off and lift the plunger ourselves (and it smelled horrible). The room is sparsely furnished - the "TV" is a 13inch computer screen on a cable box. The bed was uncomfortable - but would have been fine if the sheets weren't dirty and spotted and looked like they hadn't been washed. The "bedding" was rolled up on a stand by the door and we were afraid to pick one because they all looked dirty. But we would have been fine and dealt with everything until we saw the mouse running around that crawled under our bed and stayed there. It was the last straw. We called a friend and crashed on their floor the second night. Waaay overpriced for what it is. only good thing was the location - it's 2 blocks away from the 125th stop. But so not worth it.

I enjoyed my stay at the Brownstone on the park, it is very close to a major subway stop and the apartment itself was very nice. Inna was very accommodating to make sure my visit went well.

"It was a great location, quaint rooms. Inna and Constatine were really helpful at catering to our special needs. Will definitely consider for the future."

"I stayed in Inna's place for four nights. I liked that the sheets were clean. The shower was okay but not correctly functioning and the shower curtain has mold. I haven't met her at all during my four nights stay. No instructions for throwing away garbage etc. bothered me little bit because it's summer time and smells"

I always wanted to help others, so I started out as a Social Worker to do just that. I've traveled the world and always desired to have my very own B&B. To make that dream possible I decided to change to a career in NYC real estate about 12 years ago.
