We really enjoyed our brief stay at Inna's apartment. Everything was very well organized and the apartment itself is really great. Clean linens and towels, wi-fi, cable TV, fridge, air condition. We could check out a bit later as we had our flight late in the evening and we were given an opportunity to store our luggage in a diffrent apartment in the same building. This was very comfortable! The neighberhood was safe and the subway stop was only 10 meters away. Our stay was absolutely perfect so I recommend !!!

the place is very convenient to the subway and the neighborhood offers great little restraurants, bodegas and one of the best jazz clubs i've been to. its kept clean and simply arranged with ample space for 2. one complaint, only one towel and no toilet paper or blankets. other than that, great spot for the money.

"I liked that the place was close to the subway and grocery store. The kitchen appliances were new and the apartment clean and well kept."

"My husband and I stayed at Inna's for a week while we were visiting our son in NYC. Compared to staying in hotels in the city, her apartment was VERY affordable and met our every expectation. It was clean and comfortable and also included a futon in the living area so our son could be with us when he didn't have to work during our stay. It was great to have kitchen facilities to eat breakfast before leaving for a full day or save money on dinners. A subway entrance was literally 20 feet from our door! It was our first experience with renting an apartment in the city. We would definitely recommend it and we are already planning another trip!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Inna's. It was a great deal for the price, she was very easy to work with, and everything was where she said it would be (key, etc.) I'm experienced at sublets and at living in NYC in general, and this was another wonderful living situation. Again, it was a really good value, and if she's still renting I might be contacting all of you again!"

We stayed in Inna’s apartment for two weeks whilst in New York. The convenience it provided with the subway just metres from the door, Laundromat and supermarket across the street was fantastic. We were quite comfortable in the apartment and had the facilities to cook some of our own meals. The other residents in the building were quiet but friendly. Staying in this area really gave us a feel for living in Manhattan, but was removed enough from the busier areas that it was fairly quiet in the evenins. It was also great not to be surrounded by other tourists. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to spend some time in the city but is happy to stay a bit further out than the central tourist attractions

I spent 4 days with Inna in New York. Good news: -50+ ft from the D and A train express stop at 145th. That means 10 minutes to Columbus Circle or 42nd. -Freshly painted apt, with tile bath and kitchen facilities, wi-fi, cable TV. -There is a grocery across the street. Challenges: -As a senior citizen, I didn't realize that the apartment was a 4th floor walkup. This is a consideration for the elderly and the baggage load. -The neighborhood is on the edge of gentrification. I didn't feel afraid but it is worth mentioning. -There are good places for breakfast and newspapers. Restaurants for other meals are not appealing in the area. I will plan to stay at Inna's again on my next trip, provided that I could use an apartment closer to the ground. I found her staff to be flexible and helpful. If you need or want something fixed, they are nearby. Be sure to get her phone number and instructions for arrival and departure in advance. Sandra

I always wanted to help others, so I started out as a Social Worker to do just that. I've traveled the world and always desired to have my very own B&B. To make that dream possible I decided to change to a career in NYC real estate about 12 years ago.
