Using our advanced search engine and easy to navigate interface, view multiple listings and find the work place that meets your exact needs. Define your searches based on your requirements, for instance: a boardroom with a projector, a desk space with WiFi Internet, or a warehouse with parking. View photos of the listings and read up on their details and available amenities, as well as explore local places of interest.
Use iStopOver's simple Client Management System to submit booking requests to Hosts you are interested in renting from. Choose where and when you wish to stay based on the listings' availability and rates. Hosts determine availability and rates. Once a booking is finalized, payment is made to iStopOver and then released to the Host once your visit is complete.
Note: For longer stays, you will be charged immediately for your first 20 days and in monthly (OR 20 day cycles) intervals thereafter until your stay is complete. You will NOT be billed for weekends unless you negotiate them directly with your Host.
