It’s simple. Just sign up to iStopOver for Home Rentals (it's FREE) then head over to the Post a Listing page. You can create as many listings as you want for all the spaces you wish to rent out. iStopOver will only charge you a 3% Admin processing fee to cover our costs when a BOOKING is received. There is no LISTING FEE- it is FREE to list. Your listing contains all the information prospective Guests would want to see - lots of photos, a description of the place, a calendar of availability, a bio of yourself, rental rates and more...
Once you publish a listing, travelers looking for rooms for rent can send you requests to rent directly from you. Approve bookings as you please and we'll worry about holding the finances - to ensure you get paid on successful stays. Before approving any booking, you will have the opportunity to speak directly with the Guest to ensure you are comfortable. There are no obligations - you decide who stays and when. So go ahead, start earning money on your unused space!
How Does iStopOver Work?
Your listings will be viewed by tons of travelers looking for a more local experience and a cheaper hotel alternative. People who like what you’ve got can send you a request to book certain dates. Upon a booking request, a Guest is required to submit their payment information. If you are happy with the Guest and have agreed on dates and a price, you approve the Guest's booking request and the Guest will be charged accordingly. When the Guest arrives they will hand over a Reservation Code and you will enter it on the website. One business day after the guest checks in, we will transfer the money to you – that’s it! There is no cost to you. The Guest will incur a small fee on top of your listing price to cover processing.

iStopOver's payment process makes the financial transaction safe and secure. By acting as an intermediary between you and the Guest, we protect you from money scams and no-shows - commonly associated with classified ads websites - so we lower the risk.
